Enterprise
Risks that relate to the entirety of KBR Inc. Risks at this level are owned and managed by KBR leadership and reported to the Board of Directors twice annually.
Business Unit
The risks which span a particular KBR business, whether at the Segment level across several units, or at a geographical or functional unit level. e.g. Government Solutions (Business Segment); U.S. Defense and Intel (Business Unit); STS Advisory Consulting (Business Unit)
Program
Risks that relate to a collection of projects can be managed at the program level. Risks at this level are owned and managed by the program team.e.g. for STS: DuPont MSA, for GS: Human, Health & Performance Contract (HHPC)
Project
Risks related to a specific project or stand-alone contract (for risks associated with a framework contract, see Program). Risks at this level are owned and managed by the project team.
Corporate Functions
Risks that relate directly to the Corporate Functions; Finance, HR, HSSE, IT, KBRAS, Legal, Procurement, M&A, Sustainability and standalone initiatives. Risks at this level are owned and managed by the the functional team.
